چکیده
During the pregnancy, fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) is deployed to analyze heart rate (FHR) of fetus indicate growth and health determine any abnormalities prevent diseases. The monitoring can be carried out either invasively by placing electrodes on scalp fetus, involving skin penetration risk infection, or non-invasively recording signal from mother’s abdomen through a placement deploying portable, wearable devices. Non-invasive (NIFECG) an evolving technology in surveillance because comfort pregnant women being achieved remotely, specifically unprecedented circumstances such as pandemic COVID-19. Textiles have been at human technological progress for thousands years, with textile developments closely tied key inventions that shaped societies. relatively recent invention smart textiles set push boundaries again has already opened potential garments relevant medicine, monitoring. This paper aims discuss different technologies methods used non-invasive well future research directions NIFECG area.

Fetal Electrocardiogram Extraction (FECG) identifies the congenital heart problems at the earlier stage. The major problem in the non invasive procedure is the extraction of FECG from Maternal ECG (MECG) and many interferences. متن کاملUse of fetal electrocardiogram for intrapartum monitoring.
INTRODUCTION Intrapartum fetal monitoring is essential for the identification of fetal hypoxia to reduce perinatal morbidity and mortality. Cardiotocography is associated with low specificity for fetal acidosis and poor perinatal outcome leading to unnecessary operative deliveries. ST waveform analysis of the fetal electrocardiogram has been shown to be a promising adjunctive intrapartum assess...
متن کاملFetal electrocardiogram (ECG) for fetal monitoring during labour.
BACKGROUND Animal and human studies have shown that fetal hypoxaemia during labour can alter the shape of the fetal electrocardiogram (ECG) waveform, notably (1) the relation of the PR to RR intervals and (2) elevation or depression of the ST segment. Technical systems have therefore been developed to monitor the fetal ECG during labour as an adjunct to continuous electronic fetal heart rate mo...
متن کاملA non-invasive methodology for fetal monitoring during pregnancy.
OBJECTIVES This paper describes a methodology for the monitoring of the fetal cardiac health status during pregnancy, through the effective and non-invasive monitoring of the abdominal ECG signals (abdECG) of the mother. METHODS For this purpose, a three-stage methodology has been developed. In the first stage, the fetal heart rate (fHR) is extracted from the abdECG signals, using nonlinear a...
